With the renovation of the existing attic apartment, the existing walls and false ceilings were removed and the view is now free to the ridge of the roof. Sloping roof windows and new dormers let ample light into the rooms. The structural roof beams remain visible and create an impressive contrast to the white wall surfaces. An open-plan kitchen and cube-like built-in fittings round out the interior design.
